BCA reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, and provisions, and such amendment will be notified by BCA in any form and by any means in accordance with the applicable law. The use of the Flazz Card is subject to the terms and provisions applicable at BCA as well as the terms and conditions governing all services or facilities and transactions covered by the Flazz Card.All information and calculations from BCA in connection with the Payment Transactions, other transactions and/or the Flazz Card balance after the use of the Flazz Card constitute binding and conclusive evidence, unless proven otherwise.The Cardholder can only use the Flazz Card to make Payment Transactions as long as the funds on the Flazz Card are sufficient.All consequences arising from the use of the stolen or lost Flazz Card shall be the full responsibility of the Cardholder. If the Flazz Card is stolen or lost, BCA cannot block the funds on the Flazz Card.Therefore, the Flazz Card can be used by any person other than the Cardholder, without the need for BCA to prove the user’s authority. The Flazz Card can be used without a Personal Identification Number (PIN) or a signature.The Flazz Card cannot be used for purposes other than to conduct a Transaction.The Flazz Card is transferrable to any party.
